Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate EDM machines
  • Programming, machining, electrode preparation, and measurement
  • Monitor machine efficiency and productivity
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Solve daily insert quality issues

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or Vocational training or certification in CNC machining or EDM technology.
  • Knowledge of EDM principles and operations
  • Familiarity with EDM machines and programming
  • Understanding of machining processes and materials
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes
  • 2-3 years of experience in EDM machining or a related field
  • Certification in EDM technology or CNC machining is an advantage
