Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and grow within the aerospace or precision engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in developing manufacturing process plans for new and existing products.

· Support manufacturing engineers in analyzing production cycle times and identifying areas for improvement.

· Participate in the design of cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges used in the production and inspection process.

· Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

· Learn to perform cost and time analysis for various manufacturing processes.

· Involve in first article (FA) preparation and documentation under supervision.

· Take part in continuous improvement initiatives, including safety, quality, and cost reduction projects.

Training and Development:

· On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers.

· Exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, SolidCAM).

· Development of skills in project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Strong interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement.

· Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus (training will be provided).

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

· Willingness to learn, adapt, and work both independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical capability with attention to detail.
