Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1) Employee Records Management:

-Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee personal details, contracts, and compliance documents.

-Update employee information System.

-Assist with the preparation and filing of employment-related documents.

2) Employee Support:

-Be the first point of contact for general HR inquiries.

-Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.

-Assist in the preparation of employee communication and newsletters.

3) Employee Relations:

-Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions or concerns.

-Help organize employee events, training sessions, and recognition programs.

-Assist with employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

4) General Administrative Duties:

-Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

-Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and manage HR files.

-Ensure the HR department runs smoothly and assist in any additional tasks as required.
