A local micro-molding company is seeking an IT Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance IT infrastructure/systems/networks.

Job Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
• Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LANs, WANs, VPNs).
• Technical Support: Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues.
• Security Management: Implement security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
• Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Project Management: Participate in IT projects and collaborate with other departments.
• Documentation: Maintain IT documentation and create user guides.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, etc., are advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience in IT engineering, network administration, and technical support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• Added Advantage: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Arduino, and ERP systems.
