Job Description:

· Define and follow up on special tooling requirements for testing.

· Manage customer documentation (drawings, specification, etc.)

· Specific test cases must be created and carried out for test plans, and results should then be tracked and converted into metrics.

· Supervising of tester setup for wafer related special purpose machine and equipment testing.

· Liaise with customer on test requirements and work with internal team to design the testing flow that address customer need.

· Analyzing data to ensure test integrity and accuracy as well as generate report for clients on the finding.

· Contribute on Development & Engineering improvement in wafer related special purpose machine and equipment testing to improve testing capability.

· The Testing Engineer will be required to work on ATE(Automated test equipment) test programs if necessary.

Job Requirement:

· Knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.

· Know how to use testing tools and Test Complete.

· Deep understanding of materials, circuits/schematic, and equipment function.

· Strong communication skills.

· Being a good team player.

· Leak test, Pressure test, Hi-pot Test, Firmware update, PLC Programming, High precision levelling knowledge will be an advantage.

· At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor/electrical testing.

· Possess at least a Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics or equivalent.
