Job Description:

• Assist Project Engineers & Managers in monitoring and inspecting construction works to ensure compliance with design documents and statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets, and ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim.
• Assist in preparing the engineering drawings, datasheets and reports such as piping layout design, pipeline stress analysis report, MTO and datasheets.
• Assist in monitoring and inspecting projects such as Mechanical / Electrical, Piping and Fire Protection systems to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Assist in overseeing the work progress of workers and sub-contractors.
• Assist in procurement of mechanical equipment like valve, piping and filters and coordinate with vendors on technical matters.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and other departments to ensure smooth completion of the project including monitoring Workers’ and Subcontractors’ work progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with any engineering background
• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Construction, with no experience may also apply as training will be provided.
• Highly motivated individuals with good organizational skills and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (ie. Microsoft Excel)
