Job Description

• Supply technical project management and site support on-site if required.
• Read/understand customer specifications and contracts
• Review of technical specifications for our vendors
• Guiding the project team as well as sub-contractors from PO award stage to commissioning

Requirements:

• Ability to work without direct day to day supervision, self-motivated individual
• Travelling is a requirement, candidate must be willing to travel up to 2-3 months/yr.
• Have a technical degree, or diploma and, or relevant work experience in process- engineering mechanical or chemical
• Can read and understand P&ID schemata and mechanical drawings
• Ability to read and understand a sequence of operation related to system basic equipment modules
• Have experience in making and updating schedules (Microsoft Projects) and critical path activities
• Experienced in guiding a project team as well as vendors
• Can communicate in English fluently - both verbally and in writing, Mandarin (reading/speaking / writing) is a plus to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Prepare and review bids as well as handle change order requests in the field
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift objects up to 12kg.
• Write clear and concise emails to and from subcontractors and customers, ability to communicate with both customers, subcontractors and fellow team members is critical

Technical Knowledge:

• Incineration process of gases. Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, Recuperative Oxidizer, Thermal Oxidizer
• Equipment – modules: Burner Systems and Controls, Filtration Systems, Paint Booths, Heater Boxes, Fan and Pump Sizing, Heat Exchangers Air/Air, Air/Water, Dampers, Ductwork, Expansion Joints, Stacks and Structural supports.
• Basic understanding of instruments; Thermocouples, Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Solenoid Valves, Pneumatic and Electric Actuators + Positioners, PLC’s, HMI
• Software ability: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Schedule and Outlook
