Job  Responsibilities

Primary Job Scope:

1. Assist & Support site projects in
   1. Project execution
   2. Job coordination & scheduling.
   3. Preparation of daily/weekly project update reports
   4. Documentation of drawings, reports, check-sheets, data etc.
   5. Liaison with customers for job updates and site issues.
   6. Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project deliverables at site.

Secondary Job Scope

1. Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance services:
   1. Liaise with customers on PM/breakdown schedule.
   2. Coordinate internal and/or external resources to perform the PM/breakdown services
2. Structural drafting/drawings with SolidWorks
   1. Design, detailing and shop-drawings for maintenance platforms, structural parts and components.
   2. Liaise with subcontractors for fabrication.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site project management
• Pro-active
• Resourceful
• Problem solving
• Strong communication skills
