Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to address issues and ensure successful outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Provide regular financial reports to the Sales Director and other senior management.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Provide regular status reports to the Sales Director and other key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry. Deep knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences or medical market
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- An excellent collaborator who influences and creates executive interest for a company’s solutions and offerings to drive local and regional growth
- Self-driven and result oriented with excellent presentation, communication, planning and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
