Job Scope:

Shipping Duties:

- Prepare shipping documents

- Co-ordinate with freight forwarder and with production department

- Email customer on shipping dates and freight details.

- Email shipping documents to customers and freight forwarders.

- Arrange Courier shipping documents to customers.

- Arrange import shipment from Supplier.

- Co-ordinate upon shipment request for Bill of Lading / Air Waybill / Notice of Arrival from freight forwarder

- Co-ordinate upon shipment request for invoice from Supplier

- Email Bill of Lading / Air Waybill / Notice of Arrival to forwarder to clear shipment

- Co-ordinate Upon vessel / flight arrival and follow-up with forwarder until shipment reach AMKCO.

- Must be open to learn about Bill of Material and Costing.
