Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of advanced perception systems for real-time, multi-object tracking using camera and radar data.
• Innovate and improve camera pipeline processes to enhance image quality and system performance.
• Design and implement sensor fusion algorithms to accurately integrate data from radar and camera sensors.
• Apply deep learning and computer vision techniques to improve detection and tracking accuracy.
• Develop and optimize tracking algorithms, including Kalman filters and Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT), for enhanced tracking performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of perception systems into the overall project architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in perception technology, applying cutting-edge research to practical applications.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in perception system development, with a focus on multi-object tracking using camera and radar technologies.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, signal processing, and sensor fusion.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing deep learning models for computer vision applications.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing camera pipeline and tracking algorithms, such as Kalman filters and MHT.
• Proficiency in programming, particularly in C/C++.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
