Key Responsibilities:

• Fully support in the overall sales operation.
• Support and coordinate for customer inquiries on company products in a timely and proficient manner via phone calls and emails.
• Follow customers forecast to plan the inventory.
• Laise with warehouse department to fulfill customer's requested delivery date.
• Handle data entry, data analysis and report generation.
• Carry out sales coordination and administration task
• To perform ad-hoc tasks or general administrative matters as required by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
