Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage monthly payroll processing, calculation of OT Timesheets and submission of CPF contributions
- Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR related letters, including contracts, correspondence, and memos
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass
- Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, work pass expiry and confirmation due date
- Creating email address for new employee and liaise with IT to setup outbox
- Coordination of performance appraisal exercises and processes
- Submit Tax clearance IR21 to IRAS on resignation of foreign employees
- Yearly submission of IR8A under Auto Inclusion Scheme
- Maintaining and updating employee records in systems
- Handle staff expenses claims and Petty Cash in accordance with company policies
- Renewal of WICA, Public Liability and Group Hospital Surgical/ Personal Accident Insurance
- Coordinate and schedule employee training programs and file for applicable training grants
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining and updating employee records in systems
- Submit related Government claims
- Manage submission, phone call of MOM surveys
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and experience in handling work pass applications
- Knowledge in INFO-TECH Cloud HRMS an added advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
