A local company specialising in industrial weighing solutions is seeking Technical Sales & Customer Service Executives to join their team to grow their existing business portfolio. Training on product and sales is provided for those without relevant working experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service existing customers and develop new customer accounts.
• Provide advice & assistance to customers in relation to technical issues.
• Enhance & grow customer relationships.
• Provide quotations and follow up on customers.
• Provide Onsite Training to customers on products
• Timely completion and submission of paperwork
• Communicate with customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions for troubleshooting.
• Other duties included within the capacity of a sales technician. Remunerations commensurate accordingly.

Requirements:

• "O" Levels with 3 years of working experience in relevant industries/roles
• Diploma, Nitec or higher in Mechanical Engineering or relevant certifications
• Class 3 Driving License for frequent travel
• English and Mandarin proficiency to liaise and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
