Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Sales Manager and establish action plans according to corporate objectives
• Prepare technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers
• Discuss technical requirements with customers and engineers
• Generate sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure orders, negotiate prices, complete sales
• Identify new business opportunities in the market as well as within existing portfolio
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of our company's technical products
• Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up-selling, cross-selling, and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• A senior role may be considered for applicants with higher experience
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for liaising with Taiwan HQ
