A local micro-molding specialist company is looking for a HR Executive to support the HR team

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment from sourcing to hiring
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including interviews
• Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment and bonus etc.)
• Maintain up to date employee records in HRMS and electronic P-files
• Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals
• Support the automation and enhancement of internal processes and workflows
• Handle recruitment and training activities
• Handle monthly payroll administration
• Process work injury compensation claims, insurance and medical claims
• Assist in market survey from MOM and various HR related surveys
• Prepare and submit government related claims (NS claims, Maternity leave, Child Care leave, etc)
• Support the coordination of internal HR team meetings and related events
• Prepare internal communications material including but not limited to EDMs and posters
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, audits, and legal requirements
• Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Meticulous, responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Competent in MS Word and Excel, Office, Canva
• Familiar with Payroll and HR System
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• English and Mandarin Language skills, to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Problem solving & analytical abilities to drive data-driven decisions.
