A local micro-molding specialist company is looking for a Materials/Fulfillment Planner.
The role includes planning, managing, and overseeing demand/supply commitments. It also includes the handling of daily operations by coordinating between internal support teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements
• To manage, plan, analyse and oversea demand & supply commitments
• To communicate with customers and internal teams
• To be responsible in managing customers accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements, customer forecast/requirements.
• Implement new processes to support the changing needs of the company
• Manage product configurations and BOMs with JO database
• To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
• Min 2 years of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Office 365
