Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Reviewing and approving engineering designs and documentation.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Creating and maintaining engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Calculate costings, issue drawings with process flow and communicate with customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Significant experience in mechanical engineering, typically 5+ years.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in CAD and CAE software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
