Job Scope

• Troubleshooting defective air-conditioning systems and equipment to identify the root cause and components replacement.
• Perform preventive maintenance for the chiller, cooling tower, AHU and other facility equipment.
• Update the preventive maintenance checklist, which assigned.
• Attend building air conditioning and ventilation complaints.
• Follow-up and ensure proper installation and repair works done by the sub-contractors.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/ACMV systems
• Report submission of servicing & maintenance functions.
• Ensure to complete company-assigned safety and other related courses.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Able to service & troubleshoot of air-conditioning systems.
• Knowledge in chiller, cooling tower, and AHU maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and team player.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Experience
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E maintenance or building facilities.

Education
• Minimum NTC 3 or NITEC in Aircon/Electrical.
