Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and develop new PLC/PC based software control application & HMI.
• Work with team members for testing and qualification of new machine software.
• Provide field support during equipment installation and upgrade.
• Prepare all relevant documentation for new products including operation manuals.
• Will be working together with a group of design engineers from various fields such as mechanical, software, electrical as well as with project engineers. The group will be focusing on designing new machines as well as enhancing the existing machines.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics / Automation or equivalent.
• Experience in PLC programming & various communication protocols is a must.
• Experience in machine control and HMI touchscreen programming.
• Knowledge of C#, C++, .NET, robot programming is an added advantage.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and new product development is an added advantage.
• Able to develop Application Control software for the automated machines or products developed by the company.
• Able to integrate various third-party equipment and components into software design.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
