Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and install computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and CCTV.
• Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers (virtual and premise machines), networks and IT assets list.
• Maintain and update user in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
• Setting account for new users and conduct IT related exit clearance
• Manage and monitor service contracts with vendors.
• Cybersecurity - crowdstrike, Secpod, Fortigate
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Tertiary education in the fields of Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Desktop/Helpdesk support / Infrastructure.
• Candidate with experience in Programming, ERP or SAP implementation will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and possess a good working attitude.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and well organized with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting/changing priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
