Key Responsibilities:

• Working in cleanroom environment for high mix low volume electro-mechanical system assemblies.
• Lead a team of assembly technicians and monitor day to day output and quality.
• Monitor assembly technicians' attendance.
• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Perform various test verification at sub-assembly and system levels.
• Submit correct paperwork for assemblies and parts that do not meet quality criteria and return parts for rework.
• Support the commissioning, calibration, testing and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
• Operate, optimize and test commissioned instruments and options according to established procedure in a timely fashion.
• Work independently and cooperate with relevant personnel using escalation path to diagnose failure reasons and ensure the correct action is taken.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma and minimum 2 years relevant experience in leading a team of assembly technicians in mechatronics assemblies.

• Communication and leadership skill.
• Able to read technical drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematic.
• Hands on with hand tools and troubleshooting.
• Able to read and speak mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates and interpret Chinese WI.
• Strong and fit to handle bulky products.
