• Min. NITEC or equivalent (ITE in Food Science & Tehnology, Chemical, Biomedical or other related fields).
• Some Knowledge and experience in laboratory work.

Job Descriptions as follows:

1. To perform sensory evaluation, chemical and microbiological analysis on products and raw materials.
2. Understand sampling plan and methods of sampling and carry out raw materials and products sampling according to sampling plan if necessary.
3. Preparation of laboratory culture media and reagents when necessary
4. Prepare product sample upon request by customers or for internal and external lab testing
5. To record all information required into the provided inspection form and master list.
6. Maintain good housekeeping of the lab and equipments.
7. To inform QC HOD on lab inventory status to purchase necessary items and equipments for analysis.
8. Report to HOD if any non-conformances found on raw materials and products.
9. Keeping retained raw material product sample according to production date for future reference in case any quality dispute from customers.
10. To participate in company level activity task and duty from time to time.

Salary Package: depends on work experience.
