Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new avenues for growth
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall sales and business development strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry (if any)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and translate client requirements into tailored solutions
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools to drive efficiency and productivity
- Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
