Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and timely.
• Verify, reconcile, and record invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports related to AP and AR functions.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in audits and compliance with financial regulations.
• Perform any other assigned duties as required.
