About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Hematologist to provide private medical consultations and healthcare oversight for top executives of a leading multinational conglomerate. The Hematologist will play a supporting role in medical monitoring, emergency readiness, and travel oversight, while working closely with the private nurses and the executives' personal medical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily medical consultations and general health check-ups for the executives.
• Provide medical oversight and guidance to the private nurses, ensuring continuity of care.
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Ensure holistic health support without replacing specialist care.
• Provide emergency medical assistance during flights and medical evacuations if needed.
• Travel with top executives every 6 weeks and ensure their health in-flight.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Practitioner registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• 7–10 years of experience in general practice, internal medicine, or corporate healthcare.
• Candidate must be willing to travel.
• Must be comfortable working with high-profile individuals with the ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality.
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa will be highly advantageous to speak with Chinese and/or Indonesian associates.

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Minimum Commitment: Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day (2 hours in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon).
• Ability to work on Weekends will be highly advantageous.

Salary & Compensation

• Per Hour Rate: $180–$380/hour.
• Additional Compensation: House call rates to be quoted separately.
• Per diem will be applicable on days of travel.

• Confidentiality is critical due to the nature of this role.
• This is a permanent part-time engagement.
• Immediate hiring required.
• Candidate is not required to leave current role if there is no schedule conflict.
