Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer HRIS programs like E-leave and e-time attendance.
• Issuing uniform, staff card and safety shoes and monitor stock level
• Co-ordinate and administer internal and external training programs, including logistical support.
• Assist in training administration such as update Training records of each individual.
• Assist in performing some necessary submission such as training grants, licensing application, and so on as per Government’s policies and standards.
• Assist in payroll process
• Organise and co-ordinate company event eg, xmas party, team-buidling, etc.
• To carry out assignment as and when assigned by his or her supervisor

Job Requirement :

• At least a GCE “O” Level with some relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing Industry will be advantageous.
• IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Independent, meticulous and positive attitude in learning.
