Key Responsibilities:

• Receive raw materials and ensure traceability is maintained. 
• Study drawings / specifications to ensure that machine, fixture, tools and inserts used are suitable. 
• Perform precision machining as and when required. 
• Perform machine check and report its status. 
• Perform machining conforming to specified requirements
• Reporting of any non-conformance
• Maintain good house-keeping and safe work environment. 
• Ensure daily production record forms are correctly submitted daily. 

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in CNC Millturn machine
• Able to interpret drawings, setup sheets, and take measurements
• Knowledge of company ERP 
• Able to train new machinist on machining requirements, tooling and lifting equipment usage.
