Job Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure product and process excellence.
Oversee daily quality control activities and ensure compliance with established standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enforce quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Maintain documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and ability to implement quality system requirements.
Proficiency in quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with quality management software and technical documentation.
Experience leading quality control initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
