Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the quality of all control boards
• Oversee Bond Head Quality Testing
• Oversee control board functional testing
• Maintain and update test specifications to meet quality standards
• Manage RMA for control boards, BH, PCBA, electronic parts, and motors
• Perform failure analysis and generate 8D reports
• Perform machine test calibration and ESD testing
• Support R&D and the development of new machine features
• Conduct heater validation and qualification
• Support machine buy-off
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
• Work on continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience
• Ability to interpret schematic diagrams
• Proficiency in understanding basic mechanical drawings
• Strong understanding of semiconductor testing methodologies, including ESD theory and the validation process
• Experience with ESD test equipment, digital testers, oscilloscopes, and controls
• Solid background in semiconductor machines; experience with die bonders is advantageous
