Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Manage logistics schedules and track shipments to address any delays or issues.
• Resolve logistical challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and expenses.
• Good knowledge in MS office especially MS Excel.
• Able to work and communicate effectively within the team/ group.
• Any ad-hoc job as given by the superior.
