Sales Engineers

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate business planning, management strategy program in optimizing current & potential market opportunities & business performance
• Resource new customer's base or secure & improve sales target on existing customers.
• Analyse profit/ loss of projects & providing cost control & cost effectiveness strategy
• Maintain existing customers' accounts & resourceful in developing new accounts
• Respond to customers enquires, followup and provide technical solutions to clients.
• Compiling and review contractual quotation for existing & new products as per customers’ enquires. Also ensure compliance with any applicable regulatory requirements as defined by customer.
• Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
• Work closely among interdepartments to ensure committed schedules are met.
• Prepare monthly sales report, and have a keen interest and is confident in pursuing sales targets Review, analyse, and competently controlled the completion of project within the allocated budgets, and work with term to ensure continuous cost reduction and quality enhancement of project.

Job Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Manufacturing Engineering Field
• Preferably with 3-5 years’ relevant experience and proven track record in industrial sales and contract manufacturing industry
• Preference to be given to those with working experience in Machining & Sheet metal / Stainless Steel Fabrication industry
• Customer driven, result oriented, resourceful and independent.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also driven with a strong achievement orientation.
• Must possess class 3 driving license and own vehicle preferably, able to start within short notice.
