Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct First Article (FA) inspections, as well as ongoing inspections of incoming, outgoing, and in-process items to ensure product quality.

· Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures for consistency and compliance.

· Operate and maintain precision measurement instruments, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), to ensure accurate product specifications.

· Inspect parts for cosmetic appearance and conformity to specifications.

· Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide inspection processes.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor to meet safety and operational standards.

· Contribute to cost reduction, quality improvement, and safety initiatives as part of continuous improvement efforts.

Job Requirements:

· Higher NITEC in technical engineering, or GCE 'O' Level with 1 year of experience in CMM programming or within a precision engineering manufacturing environment.

· Willingness to work flexible shifts.

· Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and responsibility for tasks.
