Responsibilities:

• Source and procure metal materials, subcontracted processes, and standard components.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the engineering team for processes like metal bending, milling, turning, and surface treatments.
• Manage daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, issuing purchase orders (POs), and tracking deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain supplier performance reports and purchasing records.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
• Ensure on-time delivery, verify quality, and issue NCRs for non-conforming products.
• Maintain purchasing documentation and enter order details into the accounting system.
• Assess and monitor supplier performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or Diploma in Engineering Studies.
• 2-3 years of experience in general industrial purchasing or sourcing.
• Proficiency in computer applications and purchasing systems.
