• Responsible for proper project schedule tracking and ensure daily coordination
• comply with project specification and client's requirement.
• Able to lead a team of workers to complete task assigned.
• Attending site management meetings.

Experience Required:

• Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Understand the market updates and construction cost trend.
• Maintenance of proper documentation.
• Need to be able to speak/read and write in English.
• Able to start with short notice.

Education/Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in ACMV or its equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in construction.
