Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and marketing of static control, cleaning and temperature control industrial products
• Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunities, and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Prepare and submit sales quotes, tender documents, technical documentation and manual.
• Follow up on sales enquires/proposals from customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops/training with customers for the Management and Product Marketing as required.
• Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
• Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
• To perform hands on fault diagnosis, trouble shooting, maintenance of component and/or system in the workshop / on site.
• Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by Management.

Experience Required:

• Possess a valid class 2/3 license would be an advantage
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer-driven and results-oriented.
• Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
• Disciplined, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure.
• Good engineering knowledge and self-motivated
• Able to work independently, good team player with positive work attitude
• Willing to travel around South East Asia and beyond

Education/Qualification: 

• Diploma or ITE in Engineering; Certificate in Engineering
• No prior experience is required, training will be provided
