Roles & Responsibilities

OSS System Implementation and Deployment

• Customer requirements analysis (incl. pre-implementation analysis works, requirements clarifications and solution approval)
• Configuration of the system
• Data modelling
• Data migration and data transformation
• System installation
• Auto discovery & Reconciliation – Integration with NMS’s or Network Elements with use of scripts and API’s to retrieve data from the network
• Service design – implementation of the flows with use of SunVizion API to design service
• Service fulfilment – integration with NMS’s or Network Elements with use of scripts and API’s to activate service
• Integration with other business systems
• Reports preparation
• Delivering trainings to the customer
• Project documentation preparation
• Supporting User Acceptance Tests (including technical negotiations with regards to classifying issues observed during tests and agreeing how they should be addressed) as well as any other tests performed during deployment
• Monitoring of customer satisfaction (user experience)

OSS System Support & Maintenance

• First and, in the long term, also the second line of support
• Communication with the third (and initially also the second) support line in Poland, in order to meet the agreed KPI parameters.
• Communication with the customer
• Analysing customer issues
• Solving issues if can be solved locally and transferring issues to remote team with required details if product issue
• Verification of the new versions of the SunVizion product before go live
• New version installation with respecting of the support windows

Experience Required:

• Prior experience working with 3rd party insurers (e.g. Prudential, Bupa, Cigna, etc.) or corporate insurance sales is essential.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or medical service sales will be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a hunter mentality and proactive approach to business development.
• Strong ability to negotiate and navigate multi-party agreements to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ability to analyze client needs, develop solutions and tailor them efficiently to clients needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems eg. Salesforce and data analytics to uncover new opportunities for growth, and allow for structured forecasting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and present tailored solutions.
• Ability to converse and write effectively in Chinese to communicate with potential Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Presales and Business Development Support

• Participation in discussions with potential customers in order to understand their needs and prepare appropriate solutions
• Participation in presentations and workshops to potential customers (including live demonstration of the solution)
