Qualifications & experience

• Min Diploma level
• Min 5 years of experience in service & fleet management (plus point if applicant experience is in heavy vehicles)
• Must possess Class 3 driving license with own vehicle (plus point if applicant possess Class 4 driving license)
• Able to commit 6 working days a week

Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing fleet of vehicles and maintaining fleet compliance
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance
• Fleet reporting and analysis
• Conduct 2 times full inspection of vehicles before daily deployment of trucks
• Point of contact between company and customers
• Prepare daily and monthly vehicle maintenance/parts replacement reports
• Attending onsite accident and record accident report
• Prepare reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
• Developing methods to reduce OpEx and improve efficiency
