Qualifications & experience
- Min Diploma level
- Min 5 years of experience in service & fleet management (plus point if applicant experience is in heavy vehicles)
- Must possess Class 3 driving license with own vehicle (plus point if applicant possess Class 4 driving license)
- Able to commit 6 working days a week
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing fleet of vehicles and maintaining fleet compliance
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Fleet reporting and analysis
- Conduct 2 times full inspection of vehicles before daily deployment of trucks
- Point of contact between company and customers
- Prepare daily and monthly vehicle maintenance/parts replacement reports
- Attending onsite accident and record accident report
- Prepare reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
- Developing methods to reduce OpEx and improve efficiency
