Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Manage RFQs by preparing quotations and following up on quotation status.
• Coordinate customer order fulfillment, ensuring smooth processing from purchase order to delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, planning, procurement, production, QA, and accounts) to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Analyze and prepare forecast data to support purchasing and production planning.
• Organize internal meetings to ensure alignment on customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand and forecasted needs.
• Address and resolve customer concerns related to ECN changes, quality, and delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Technical background in manufacturing industries.
• Experience in project management, customer interactions, and cross-team collaboration.
