Job Responsibilities:

• Assign and coordinate ground staff based on office instructions to support on-site project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely allocation of manpower, materials, and tools.
• Assist in sourcing project materials, tools, and equipment for project initiation and execution.
• Maintain and track inventory of materials, tools, and equipment before, during, and after projects.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness on-site by ensuring compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Serve as the safety ground coordinator, promoting safety awareness among ground staff.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/NITEC qualification or an equivalent educational background.
• No prior experience required; candidates with relevant work experience are preferred.
• Strong people management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Deadline-driven, team player, and a positive attitude.
