Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure assigned projects comply with customer specifications, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Review work procedures and identify potential project disruptions.
• Supervise contractors during tool services hook-up activities, ensuring safety compliance and work quality.
• Maintain and modify equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Liaise with clients on service requirements, scheduling, reports, and progress claims.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, meticulous, and proactive approach.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with others.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams.
