Our client is seeking an Account Assistant who will help assist in handling full sets accounting for the company, timely submission of the monthly closing report to management with analysis and respond immediately to the management if any. Ideal candidate will also help perform basic HR function for the company such as recruitment, induction & on-boarding, performance management, compensation & welfare and insurance for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting
• Handling full set accounts
• Year End Audit
• Bank reconciliation
• Update labor & other revenue in sales summary as requested by management
• Liaise with supplier/ customer on the dispute invoice issue
• Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
• Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation
• Monthly salary and overtime claim preparation
• Filing on employer and employee income tax
• Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned
• Human Resource
• In charge on recruitment for the new employee and the internship student
• Induction & on-boarding for the new join
• Performance management review
• Employee compensation & welfare (Example: warning letter/confirmation letter/ increment and promotion letter)
• Renewal on insurance for the employees (Example: WICA/ FWMI/ corporate insurance)
• Submission & renewal for employee work pass
• Update leave and MC record
• Preparing & submission for CPF

Experience Required:

• Knowledge
• 5years and above working experience in related field
• Knowledge in accounting skills and sensitive with number
• Basic knowledge for Human Resources
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Skills
• Good command in English & writing skills
• Organize & systematic with strong skills with number
• Good working knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
