Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team, including preparing engineering quotations, technical clarifications, and proposals.
• Assist in pre-sales discussions, addressing customer inquiries, and presenting technical solutions for company's products.
• Offer after-sales support, including troubleshooting and discussions on delivered solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement instrumentation solutions for refinery and petrochemical process plants.
• Perform instrument selection, calibration, and troubleshooting for company's MOV actuators, temperature sensors, and control systems.
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project reports for customer communication.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience as an Instrument Engineer in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
• Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MOV actuators, temperature sensors, and industrial control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in customer technical discussions, proposal preparations, and after-sales support.
