Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and execute training and deploy tools, principles and processes that eliminates waste using six sigma or lean approach
• Work closely with the relevant departments such as QA and Procurement to implement manufacturing improvement programs and resolve problems
• To control and manage production processes and ensure that the schedule is met
• To inculcate a quality mindset among assembly staff to meet or exceed customers’ expectations of quality in assembled products
• Identify training requirements to build a flexible workforce and strengthen production capability
• Carry out duties in accordance to with Quality policy, ISO standards, EHS control procedures and WIS

Experience Required:

• Experience in precision manufacturing industry is a plus
• Good knowledge of SAP system
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good knowledge of CNC machine operations
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experienced in leading a team and able to work under stress

Education/Qualification

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory role
