Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy with region-specific plans to achieve revenue targets in the automation segment.
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns across various channels and to generate leads.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales objectives and marketing objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the advantages of automation products and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized proposals for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in automation.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.
• Travel will be required.

Experience Required:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g. robotics, control systems, IIoT).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technical background or experience in engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant automation products and solutions is a plus.
• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or automation sectors is a plus
• Possess own transport preferably

Education/Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the CNC or related industry.
