Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Aerospace components and other precision parts

• Perform CAD/CAM programming for manufacturing task.
• Operate CNC Machines, Tools and other machinery
• Ensure daily production output meet quality, productivity, yield targets

Conform to management system requirements

• Apply workshop practices, cleanliness and housekeeping protocols in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Apply Aerospace Quality Systems in manufacturing production tasks
• Apply standards and SOPs related to manufacturing safety policies and procedures

Manage manufacturing process workflow

• Apply productivity methods and practices to improve efficiency in manufacturing production tasks
• Investigate issues in manufacturing processes to formulate corrective measures
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Apply lean techniques to enhance manufacturing operations

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

• Update data into system for process monitoring
• Take initiative to seek opportunities for improvements and implement corrective actions
• Update & keep records of non-conforming products

Experience Required:

• Able to interpret technical drawings and blue print
• Good knowledge in GDT and ability to perform dimensional and geometric measurements will be an adder adventage
• Good skill in CAD or CAM software
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team
• Skill in MS Office (Excel/MS Word)
• Able to work in rotating shift
• Fresh graduates will also be considered

Education/Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engrg /Precision Engrg or other Engineering field.
