A multinational aerospace corporation is hiring a Component Repair Technician, to perform Non-Destructive Testing on components and parts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform calibrations, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and evaluations to determine part acceptance or rejection.
• Accurately interpret inspection operation sheets and work instructions.
• Organize, sort, and prepare parts for NDT inspection.
• Efficiently load, unload, and operate real-time X-ray (XR), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or automated Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) lines.
• Conduct X-Ray, Ultrasonic, Fluorescent Penetrant, Eddy Current, and Magnetic Particle Inspections per operational guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is operational and maintained at all times.
• Assist engineers with inspection evaluations and reporting.
• Maintain process systems and testing equipment to ensure continuous compliance with approved standards.
• Prepare and clean parts before and after inspection.
• Conduct audits in the NDT area to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and housekeeping duties.

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level with 5 years of Quality Inspection experience OR
• GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of NDT experience OR
• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or Aerospace Engineering.
• CAAS-approved NDT certification is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and standard procedures in English.
