Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and present the project status to customer
• Oversee Project Management Team and guide the team during the execution of project
• Study and disiminate the information of user requirement and specification, timelines and budget allocated to the HODs and project team.
• Monitor and ensure project material cost and labour hours spent within the budget.
• Manage customer's expectation and contain the scope to avoid affecting the budget and ability to deliver project on time.
• Provide technical advices to the team and hands on if required for problems raised.
• Escalate to HODs if the problems are difficult and complex and ensure problems resolved on time.
• Chair periodic project meetings and maintain issues tracker throughout the project execution.
• Coordinate with sales and finance on project status and invoices to customer.
• Prepare and present project postmortem after project commissioned.
• Sales Management of new RFQs from Customer and bring in new project opportunities for SYSMAC
• Undertake other administration or technical assignments as and when required.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in Automation
• Good skills in processing engineering, new product introduction or machine design engineering. 
• Indepdendent, self-motivated, resourceful and organized. 
• Experience in project management for industrial automation projects. 
• Willing to travel overseas for assignment on short notice (20% travelling). 
• Good interpersonal communication skill. 
• Good presentation skill.
