Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, Do, Check, and Act for the Section operations.
  
• Qualify injection moulds, including test, troubleshoot, and take countermeasure quality. 
• To uplift the quality of moulds and machines in use, including preventive maintenance and repair. 
• To supervise production operations, including production, inspection, packing, etc. 
• To manage production operators and leaders.
• To prepare management reports. 
• Continuous improvement in productivity, quality and cost. 

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Min. 3-5 years working in injection mould and production field. 
• Technically inclined (Mechanical Engineering)
• Passionate in injection moulding type of work. 
• Ability to manage situation and human management. 
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Graphing, Microsoft Excel
• Ability in technical report writing.
