Component Repair Technician (Airfoil)

A multinational aerospace corporation is hiring a Component Repair Technician, focusing on Airfoil parts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hand blending and polishing operations, ensuring parts meet required tolerances and specifications through self-inspection.
  • Accurately interpret and follow operation sheets to meet production requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks as scheduled.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 years of relevant experience OR
  • Preferably NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Precision Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding manufacturing operation sheets and standard procedures in English.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of CNC programming.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions.
  • Skilled in using measuring instruments.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • A collaborative team player
